Eirik Gudmundsen is an experienced IT innovator and international leader. For over 23 years, he has been an influential force in the collaboration and co-authoring space, developing industry-leading technology for the Oil & Gas sector. For Gudmundsen, nothing beats putting on a great record on Friday night to kick off the weekend – he calls this his Friday Snack!

Silje Stensland

Chief Marketing Officer

Silje Stensland is an experienced marketing and communications professional, strategist, and thought leader. With over 15 years in the Oil & Gas and IT sectors, she has led MarCom initiatives with inspiration and results, driving brand growth and visibility for Xait. Outside of work, Silje enjoys the outdoors, mountaineering, cross-country skiing, and she also dedicates her time to coaching her son's football team.

Frank Skavland

Chief Financial Officer

Frank Skavland is an experienced finance, acquisition and investment leader. Before joining Xait, he worked many years advising clients across multiple industries on mergers and acquisitions. In his free time, Frank is busy being a father of two small children. He is active in sports and loves traveling. His aspiration is to travel to every country in the world before his time is up.

Reidun Risøy Heyerdahl

HR Director

Reidun Risøy Heyerdahl is an experienced office manager, personnel administrator and human resources manager. For over 20 years, she’s been a senior expert and change agent in talent recruitment and employee relations for personnel and IT organizations. Her favorite things to do are spending time with her family, hiking in the mountains or just relaxing and reading a book.

Roy Olsen

Operations & Security Director

Roy Olsen is an experienced technologist and technology leader. For over 20 years, he has been a senior expert and thought leader working on mission-critical, high-availability solutions in the Oil & Gas and IT industries. A self-proclaimed multipotentialite, his free time is consumed by a multitude of interests, from home automation and mountain biking to climate change and social anthropology.

John Ingve Eielsen

Chief Technology & Product Officer

John Ingve Eielsen is an experienced product officer and technology leader. For over 18 years, he’s been a senior expert and thought leader of information technology in the oil & gas and energy industry. He enjoys spending time with his family, training, reading and having fun in the great outdoors both summer and winter.

Eivind Windspoll

Chief Revenue Officer

Eivind Windspoll is an experienced sales and client relationship management leader. For over 10 years, he has been leading teams and driving high-value market sales in the Oil & Gas and IT sectors. As Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Windspoll is responsible for overseeing the entire revenue generation process, which includes aligning sales, marketing, and customer success teams to maximize growth and profitability.

Outside of work, Windspoll is a dedicated family man who enjoys traveling with his wife, son, and daughter. He also loves engaging in outdoor activities and exploring the wonders of nature.

Kevin Geraghty

Kevin Geraghty is an experienced business leader and innovator in the IT space. For the last 25 years Kevin has been a thought leader and pioneer in the Configure Price Quote (CPQ) space. He was a co-founder and CEO of BlueprintCPQ before it was acquired by Xait in 2020. When Kevin is not working on further building and growing our CPQ business he enjoys traveling to new places and countries (plus a few old favorites too).

Samy Lazreg

General Manager & Customer Director, Xait SAS

Samy Lazreg is an experienced professional in strategic development and customer relationship management. He holds the position of General Manager and Customer Director at Xait SAS, where he focuses on creating customer value and implementing successful strategies. Outside his role, Samy is also President of a basketball association in the Paris suburbs, where he is committed to developing young talent and fostering social cohesion. When not focusing on his career or social activities, he enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Marianne Bjelke-Andersen

Chief Operating Officer

Marianne is an experienced leader in operations and strategy, with expertise in project management, consulting, and team leadership. She is known for driving growth, optimizing processes, and delivering results across a range of industries. She has a background in managing major projects and leading high-performing teams and has honed her ability to enhance efficiency and align efforts with business objectives. Passionate about solving complex challenges, Marianne thrives on creating solutions that foster long-term success.
